Product Introduction

The ultra-high temperature heavy oil well backwash valve is a specialized device independently developed by our company for periodic flushing of heavy oil production wells. It has the advantages of high temperature resistance, low opening pressure, and large flushing displacement, and is a reliable auxiliary device for heavy oil well production.

Technical advantages

1. All metal structure, pressure resistance ≥ 30Mpa, temperature resistance above 350 ℃.

2. The opening pressure is low, the switch is flexible, and the flushing channel can be opened at 0.5MPa.

3. Outer diameter 114mm, central channel 62mm, suitable for the passage of sucker rods and related tools.

4. The flushing channel is 190mm2, which meets the requirements of flushing displacement.

5. Equipped with a filtering device to prevent foreign objects from entering the production column.

Applicable well conditions

1. Oil wells that require reverse circulation flushing during the production process of steam injection wells.

2. Conventional heavy oil wells are oil wells produced using pumping units.

3. Conventional heavy oil wells are oil wells produced using screw pumps.
