On June 26th, the atmosphere at the Wei 43-1 well site of the Pucheng Oil Production Plant in Zhongyuan Oilfield was lively. The Zhongyuan Oilfield Model Worker Assistance Enterprise Tour kicked off, led by Sinopec Group's skilled master Lu Jianqiang and Du Yajun. More than 30 skilled craftsmen from the oilfield presented and shared their latest achievements at the production site, bringing together and adding momentum to the oilfield's production.

In order to build a high-quality service brand, leverage the technical advantages and team vitality of high skilled talents, and drive grassroots employees to make precise efforts in production efficiency improvement, maintenance efficiency creation, and problem-solving, Zhongyuan Oilfield has launched a model worker assistance activity to consolidate the foundation of high-quality development of the oilfield.

A total of 9 innovative achievements were released in this enterprise assistance activity, all of which were donated to Pucheng Oil Production Plant for on-site production. At the same time, the Skill Master of Sinopec Group also signed an "Innovative Technology Achievement Conversion and Application Agreement" with Pucheng Oil Production Plant, further eliminating the conversion barriers between innovative and efficient achievements and their use and application, and promoting the effective improvement of injection and production business management and oilfield development level.
