During the operation of the well, leakage testing showed that the casing was severely leaking near the leakage point at 1148 meters, with a cement return height of 1178 meters. The extrusion pressure at the leakage point was 2 MPa, and the displacement was 300 L/min. This is a typical shallow free section leak prevention. In December 2020, shallow plugging construction was carried out, with 8m3 of full well temperature shallow low-density casing plugging agent slurry with a specific gravity of 1.4, 8m3 of forward squeezing plugging agent slurry, 3.39m3 of forward squeezing formation water, controlled pressure of 15MPa, held for 48 hours, and passed the pressure test of 10MPa. The shallow plugging was successful.
