In 2019, the full well temperature low-density self cementing sand control particles were applied in the sand control construction of three water wells including SDB5-2-6 in Lusheng Oil Company of Shengli Oilfield. The pre construction water injection pressure was 12MPa, with a daily injection of 0 cubic meters. After construction, the water injection pressure was 7-10MPa, with a daily injection of 80-100 cubic meters. The effective period was 1700 days and it is still effective. It not only effectively prevents sand ejection from the formation, but also improves the permeability of the water injection layer, enhances the water injection effect, and has a long effective period.
